Worth and Moore is an Australian owned and run company headed up by Michael Worth and Barry Moore. A unique team they have both design and building backgrounds , a combined sixty years experience in all facets of the building industry and strong people and project management skills. To date Worth and Moore have a 100% incident free safety record reflecting their strong OH&S policies and practices.
Michael and Barry have a key eye for detail that ensures a quality finish . They are passionate about problem solving and have a talent for finding innovative and creative solutions that enable projects to be completed on time and budget. Together they have built a company that is ethical and strives to achieve a win for workers, a win for customers and a win for business. Company values include clear communication, respect for trades and paying people on time.
Michael Worth
A qualified and registered commercial builder Michael's career began almost 30 years ago as a draftsman working in a small architectural practice. He has worked as a team leader and site construction project manager on various commercial projects including restaurants, McDonald's McCafe restaurants, commercial office fit-outs, commercial staff cafes/lounges, retail fit-outs and educational facilities.
Michael has a broad understanding of town planning procedures, council by-laws, the Building Code of Australia as well as relevant australian standards to the building industry. Michael is a member of the Master Builders Association.
Barry Moore
Barry is a leading innovator in the building industry and has 40 years experience finding solutions both in Australia and overseas. Barry begun his career in the building industry with a joinery trade and progressed to site and project management of large scale projects including public stadium fit outs.
His strengths are in his strong people management skills – bringing out the best in workers and producing excellent team results. A truly innovative thinker, Barry finds the answer to all challenges faced managing large and small projects. He has outstanding estimating skills and an accurate eye for detail both paper and product.
